Welcome to the Workshop

Welcome. We are Circuit & Moose, a small game studio with a very large pile of dice, fabric scraps and half-finished ideas.

This blog is where we share what we are building: tabletop game design notes, behind-the-scenes looks at the workshop, and the occasional story about a creature that went wrong in a charming way.

Why a workshop?

We like things that feel made. Our games start as scribbles and prototypes, and our plushies start as paper patterns and a lot of pins. Both are better when someone’s hands have been all over them.

Mab’s Menagerie

Alongside the games we run a small shop called Mab’s Menagerie, where handmade creatures, dice towers and trinkets look for good homes. We call buying one an adoption, because that is how it feels when it leaves the workshop.

What to expect here

• Notes from the game design table
• Making-of posts from the workshop
• News about new creatures in the menagerie
